Organically grown Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah are macerated for around 15 days before spending 9 months ageing in a mix of stainless steel and large oak barrels. The result is a warm and inviting red wine filled with summer berries, black cherries, nutmeg and red late summer fruits. Not required but amazing after an hour or two in the decanter.
