Micro-Cosme Blanc is an unconventional blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are traditionally grown in different regions but Louis Barruol believes them to be complementary. The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks. Crisp and clean, this wine is an easy drinker with the crispness of sauvignon blanc and mineral notes combined with the weight and floral notes of viognier makes for the perfect patio pounder.
