Parés Baltà is a family owned winery in the Penedès region of Spain with a history dating back to 1790. The property consist of five unique vineyards, each situated in proximity to the winery and in the mountains of Penedés. All vineyards on the estate are farmed organically.Medium intense cherry hue. Smell of red fruits covering a background of toasty notes and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and friendly and with smooth tannins; flavors of red fruits, as cherries, combined with a touch of vanilla.
