A red natural wine from Tuscany made from a blend of mostly Alicante (aka Grenache or Cannonau) but also Carignano, Mourvedre, Sangiovese, and Alicante Bouschet. Vineyards are around 250-300 meters above sea level, and grapes are picked in mid-September. Unlitro is made naturally without chemicals in the vineyard or the cellar, and it is aged six months in cement tanks.
