From the Paper Street Vineyard in Willow Creek District of Paso Robles AVA. Whole cluster pressed. The grapes are cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages seven months in stainless steel and neutral 500L French oak barrels.Notes of apple butter, Macadamia nut, white flowers, poached pear, caviar lime, yellow plum lemon grass and stone. The palate is clean, pure, energetic and mid palate focused with a suave mouthwatering finish.
