Winemaker Philippe Millet settled in Ferme de Marcault in Tonnerre in the mid-1960s. In the early 1980s, he created a wine estate when some of the land he cultivated for grains became available for AOC Petit Chablis. This Burgundy White offers a pale gold color with silvery green reflections. The nose is rich, it mixes aromas of cut grass, medicinal plants, lemon and a stony minerality. On the palate, a fellow acidity, a fine structure, a nice fruity unfolding.
