Did You Know	After the fire vintages in Napa Valley of 2020 many wineries were forced to go without wines for the year or seek other alternatives. Thus Canard Resurgence Cabernet Sauvignon was born. Originally Adam, the winemaker created a Rose first since their Napa rose is so limited and due to the fires they did not have enough grapes to make rose and their estate wines. This Rose was such a success a Cabernet Sauvignon was born from the line up. Big classic Paso Robles fruit, but great acidity to balance out the fruit with subtle tannins on the finish.
