Practicing Sustainable and 100% Pinot Noir, Single vineyard Pinot Noir from a moderately warm site that sits almost at the 45th parallel • Volcanic basalt soils • 300-400 ft. elevation • 100% destemmed • Fermented in stainless steel aged 10-11 months in used french oak. Bright red fruits include cranberry, pomegranate and currant. A nice balance comes from a touch of spice and notes of brown sugar. Great with game birds, duck, pork tenderloin or grilled salmon.
