The grapes for this wine come from a slice of PRIMO royal Napa terroir. The Cabernet vines adjoining the vineyard are near an iconic winery’s famous tasting room in Oakville (whose own wines sell for $125+ a bottle!) The praise is equal to what’s in the bottle: Full bodied with flavors of blackberry and cherry throughout mouthfeel however is soft with silky tannins. More cherry and dark berry notes mingle with minerals and toasty oak. The finish is long and satisfying. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-10 years.
