Fermented to a just off-dry wine in order to produce a drier-style Riesling to pair with a wide array of foods or simply drink as an aperitif. This wine is extremely well structured. Minerals, peaches, pear, watermelon, currant grapefruit with a hint of gooseberry and raspberry. It is blended with the Badstube Kabinett from the Dr. H. Thanisch estate to increase the quality and character of the wine but it is not a 100% Estate wine
