These grapes were harvested earlier in the season than would be optimal for red wines, because we are focused on capturing bright acidity and fresh flavors. The fruit is pressed without extra skin contact, resulting in a more delicate color and flavor profile. The resulting wine has pretty aromas of grapefruit and peach, with hints of watermelon and strawberry. In the mouth there is a nice balance between texture and crispness.
