Organically Farmed, only 160 case production, 100% Chardonnay from the heart of Beaujolais near the cru of Fleurie, Burgundy. Medium body, with a voluptuous texture brimming with juicy, fresh tree fruits and a rich, buttery texture. Yohan is the fifth generation in his family to grow wine in the Beaujolais, 2012 was the first vintage under his own label. The grapes are hand harvested and there is minimal intervention in the cellar.
