Its deep purple, opaque color is followed by a beautiful bouquet of blackberry and blueberry fruit as well as plenty of violets and incense. It’s medium to full-bodied, ripe, and big on the palate, with terrific purity. It’s certainly a gem of a wine that’s going to drink nicely for 3-5 years.
