Picked at the peak of flavor, this Chardonnay is slowly fermented at 55°F. Sur lees aging continued for 3 months’ post fermentation to gain richness and a creamy mouthfeel while keeping the bright fruit character. This Chardonnay has notes of pear, green apple, melon, and citrus with undertones of lightly toasted coconut oak, caramel, and a long, juicy finish.
