Wolffer Estate was originally a potato farm. Under the guidance of the late Christian Wolffer, it evolved over the years into a 175-acre estate that included a 55-acre winery. Wolffer met an untimely and accidental death on New Year's Eve of 2008, and the estate is now owned and run by his daughter Joey and son Marc. This Classic White is a blend of estate-grown Chardonnay with Gewurztraminer and Riesling from the Finger Lakes, with fresh citrus aromas, vibrant fruit, and crisp acidity.
