The 2015 Cuvee' PAU has rich black-cherry aromas with hints of slate and marjoram on the nose, very reminiscent Pauillac. The palate offers flavors of black cherry foam, milk chocolate and dark fudge, all wrapped in chalky, polished tannins. Blend: 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Petit Verdot, 13% Merlot, 2% Malbec.
