This Chablis has a ripe nose with pretty notes of white peach and pear that display nuances of saltwater and iodine. There is good richness and solid mid-palate concentration to the medium-bodied flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the delicious, round and persistent finish that displays moderate dryness. This is one of those wines that could certainly be held for several years to allow more depth to develop but it is already so appealing that it's hard to resist.
