Light yellow. Pungent, mineral-accented aromas of orange and lime pith, fennel and botanical herbs, with a chalky overtone. Sappy citrus and melon flavors pick up a floral quality with air, along with notes of dusty minerals and white pepper. Finishes with very good clarity and lingering spiciness. This would work great with a spicy seafood dish.
