The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Priest Ranch is a dark, brooding beauty. Black currants cassis, melted road tar and mocha all flresh out in this gorgeous, brooding wine. There is plenty of vintage 2010 structure in the glass, yet at the same time the sheer intensity of the fruit makes the wine surprisingly accessible at this stage. Violets and sweet spices add lift on the polished finish.
