This deep, garnet-purple shiraz has notes of warm blackberries and blueberries with nuances of menthol, spice cake, anise and smokey bacon fat. Concentrated, big, rich and ripe, it offers a very spicy palate with some licorice and cumin seed coming through which is supported by the velvety tannins. Its lively acidity makes for a wonderful drinking wine with a long finish. Enjoy now or cellar it for more refinement.
