This blend of Monastrell and Syrah is full of dark cherry and plum fruits, with a hint of black olive and a slightly spicy licorice note to the finish. Blackberry, cracked pepper and anise on the nose, with a suave floral overtone. Vibrant dark berry flavors are nicely framed by silky tannins and given depth by a note of bitter chocolate. A note of violets lingers on the juicy, gently sweet finish.
