Entirely from the homonymous grape, this is a brilliant, smooth, medium-bodied, fresh and well balanced wine. It is extremely food-friendly, ideal as an aperitif or at parties. Not a well-known wine, Lagaria is a hot commodity regardless, with zippy lime and other appealing citrus flavors as well as some pleasant mineral inflections on the finish.
