This wine has concentrated black currant fruit, crème de cassis, eucalyptus leaves, boysenberry sorbet, vanilla, crème brulee and oak references on the nose. On the palate it entirely coats the mouth, with highly extracted, yet balanced black fruit and soft vanilla. The mid-palate eases up on the fruit bomb characteristics and reveals good complexity, with a bit of acidity and minerality.
