A highly aromatic nose combines grapefruit rind, pineapple, white pepper, fresh herbs and stony minerality. It’s a rich, pliant and fairly full wine but with a juicy sappy quality of orange blossom and spice flavors. A rather forward style wine, its bright framing acidity gives definition and thrust. Finishes with excellent length making for an outstanding Sauvingon Blanc.
