This wine is produced in stainless steel tanks and neutral barrels to preserve its floral essence while stirring regularly during fermentation, for additional mouth-feel "sur lie". Light straw in color, with crisp stone fruit, floral notes of peach, pear and apricot on the nose. Thick and viscous mouth-feel with tropical fruit, mango and kiwi.
