This Pinot Gris style falls between the lighter Italian Pinot Grigio and the richer, rounder Pinot Gris from Alsace. With about 6% Viognier in the blend, this tart, dry, racy wine takes on a unusual complexity. Crisp citrus and pear, green apple and lemon flavors roll across the palate. There's a crisp, minerality to the acids, and a clean, refreshing finish.
