Aged 30% in new French oak barrels for 8 months imparts a dark, rich and complex wine with dried cherry aromas and bright flavors of cherry, strawberry, herb, cola, sassafras, and mineral components. Lots of sweet fruit exuberates on the palate with hints of spice and vanilla. Good structure and a full mouthfeel hold this Pinot Noir up to its long spicy finish making it very versatile as a perfect house red.
