Sasyr is a highly quaffable wine that is fruity and polished on the palate, with no sharp edges and is immensely drinkable. The addition on the Syrah gives the wine is fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Smooth and well-structured, it has a pleasant freshness and a long, persistent, aromatic finish.
A great, versatile wine that works well with all manner of dishes (especially pizza), but is also very pleasant on its own accompanied only by some great music.
