This wine is vinified to according to methode champenois technique and is aged in the bottle up to two years. The final cuvee is fairly crisp with an interesting floral note and mouth pleasing sensation of creaminess. Clean, dry and light on the nose, this has a smoky, leafy accent... it offers nice grapefruit, cherry and nectarine flavors, with a dry, smoky and tasty finish.
