Key West Fl - Nose of brown sugar and cinnamon. The palate is sweet, lots of vanilla, caramel, and citrus. Then spice starts to come on, cinnamon and anise balancing it out. Finish is medium-dry and long with hints of sherry. Taken a step further finish this rum for 120 days in previously Used Angel's Envy Bourbon Barrels.
